This Privacy Policy describes how Guided Tech Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use GTS Amplify and related services. Guided Tech Solutions is a technology company based in Mississippi, United States.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and password when you create an account.
• Payment information: Billing details processed by our payment partners (Paystack, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Service configuration: Information you provide during service setup wizards to configure your subscribed services.
• Usage data: How you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent.
• Communications: Messages you send us through support channels or consultation bookings.
• Connected Google account: if you connect Gmail to use an email service, we receive an access token for your Gmail account and the email address it belongs to (see "Google User Data" below).
• Your recipients and content: recipient lists, messages and other material you provide so a service can run on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to share this with us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process payments and manage your subscriptions
• Send service updates, invoices, and support responses
• Populate your real-time analytics dashboards
• Personalise your experience on the platform
• Detect and prevent fraud and misuse
• Comply with applicable US federal and state laws

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Payment processors: Paystack, Stripe, and PayPal receive data required to complete transactions.
• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication and database services. Your data is stored in Google's infrastructure.
• Service providers: We use vetted providers to operate the platform: Vercel (hosting), our automation platform (n8n, which runs your services), Google (Gmail, when you connect it), and an AI provider (Anthropic) to draft content and explain results when you use those features. They process data only to provide these functions, under confidentiality and data protection terms.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or government authority.

Google User Data

If you connect your Gmail account, GTS Amplify asks only for the access the service needs. For Email Broadcast and Newsletter, that is permission to send email from your account, so your broadcasts and newsletters come from your own address; it does not let us read your inbox. For Email Management, which summarises your inbox, finds emails waiting for a reply and prepares draft replies, we also ask for permission to read your email and create drafts. Google shows you exactly what is requested before you agree. We use this access only to provide the features you turn on. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not let people read it except with your permission, for security, to comply with the law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations. Your Gmail access token is stored encrypted and you can disconnect Gmail at any time from the service setup page or your Google Account settings.

GTS Amplify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention

We keep your account and service data while your account is active. After you cancel, service results and configuration are kept for up to 12 months so you can come back, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. When you disconnect Gmail or delete your account, we delete your stored Gmail token.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. Sensitive credentials you provide are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and are never stored in plain text. No internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site traffic and usage patterns; this data is aggregated and not used to advertise to you elsewhere. We do not use advertising or ad-retargeting cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser opt-out add-on, though this may affect platform functionality.

7. Children's Privacy

GTS Amplify is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
