2. Services

GTS Amplify provides technology services including lead generation, cloud migration, business automation, search engine optimization (SEO), and IT consulting. Services are delivered as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Payments and Billing

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Paystack, Stripe, or PayPal. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscribed services through the end of your paid period.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems
• Transmit any malicious code, spam, or disruptive content

All content, features, and functionality of GTS Amplify — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Guided Tech Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guided Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mississippi.
